A chain with many locations in New York as well as Connecticut, Philadelphia, Georgia and Texas, Vivi’s boba smoothies, teas and snacks are delicious and comforting. Although it is debatable as to whether a widespread chain can qualify as underappreciated, not many people are aware of the amazing boba offered here in Arlington specifically.
