Crossed Sabres

Grace Gent
Grace Gent is a freshman, and this is her first year working as a reporter on the Crossed Sabres. When she isn’t working on a story, you can find her at Model United Nations, or working behind the scenes for both W-L productions and community theatre. She plays soccer, and her hands are always ripped up from rock climbing. She’s a writer outside of reporting and hopes to organize a slam poetry club. Grace is also very politically active, having organized the March 14th walkout at her middle school. In whatever free time she has left, she procrastinates working on her homework by reading, binge-watching Netflix, and saying she’ll learn to play guitar (spoiler alert; she never practices guitar). She annoys people by always talking about how much she misses her home state of Michigan, and whenever she hangs out with her friends, they ask her to stop requesting horror movies.
