The 13th annual Poetry Out Loud competition took place in the school library on Tuesday, Dec. 13. Three students from each grade level were represented at the event. Junior Garcia-Amezquita placed third, freshman Kristin Alleyne placed second and sophomore Ellen Berenson placed first. Berenson will continue onto the regional competition on Jan. 27.
