Allison McKenzie is a junior at the school. Previously living in Germany, she enjoys travelling and has visited a total of 22 countries. Additionally, she loves reading, practicing various instruments and playing games on her Switch. McKenzie likes listening to several genres of music, especially jazz and rock. Outside of Crossed Sabres, she has published with Stars and Stripes Europe, the U.S. Army, and other school newspapers, as well as participating in the
School of the New York Times summer programs for two years. McKenzie joined the Crossed Sabres because she is passionate about journalism and hopes to pursue it as a career after high school.
