Ella Dorst is a junior and this is her first year on the Crossed Sabres staff. Over the summer, Ella moved to Arlington from California, where she was a part of her school’s newspaper as a sophomore. Outside of school, she enjoys playing field hockey and soccer. Ella loves music and her favorite genre is reggaeton. She plays the piano and the ukulele. Ella’s favorite food is fettuccine bolognese, which her Italian mom makes from scratch. Ella also loves to travel–her favorite place she has visited is Italy and she wants to travel to Scotland. In her free time, she likes to hang out with friends and bake pies. She also has a crazy little dog named Izzy.
